Staff were great entire duration of my stay. It was located in a market area close to the museum.

Loved the dining area and kitchen! So handy for all my microwavable gourmet meals. And the property is conveniently close to all the eateries and shopping, perfect for my retail therapy sessions.

Oh, how I adored the thrill of finding the remote corners of the dining area to catch a glimpse of the elusive free wifi! So exciting!

really great stay on vacation in a beautiful apartment. the location was stunning and awesome, within easy walking distance of a renaissance palace. nice welcome from host. it had a private bathroom.

Great view, ideal location, and excellent air conditioning added to the overall experience. The view from the apartment was stunning, allowing us to enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. The location was perfect, situated close to key attractions and amenities, making it convenient to explore the area. And having air conditioning was a huge plus, especially in the hot weather, as it provided respite from the heat.

They were unresponsive and never answered our calls or messages. It was frustrating to have to wait for them during check-in, and when we had issues with the hot water, they were nowhere to be found.

central location - close to everything. safe and clean. got a bottle of Chianti as a gift and went on a Chianti tour. really comfy beds. prompt and helpful correspondence. Rocco helped us find the place and parking. cozy place in heart of leather market area. 3 separate bedrooms for privacy. Edward was responsive.

The location of this place is unbeatable, right beside the central market and San Lorenzo street market. Walking distance to all major attractions and plenty of restaurants nearby. Perfect for backpackers.

The dining area and kitchen were mediocre, just like the well-placed eateries and shopping. The towels offered in this apartment were as exciting as the nearest airport, Florence Airport.

The free wifi was as reliable as a broken microwaveneither worked properly.

The apartment at Cappelle Medici was absolutely fantastic! The room had a cozy and homey vibe, making us feel comfortable right away. The flat-screen TV provided great entertainment, and the air-conditioning made our stay even more enjoyable. The private bathroom was clean and had a nice hairdryer and bidet. Plus, the location was perfect, just a short walk from Santa Maria Novella.

Personally, I didn't really love the shower in the private bathroom, but hey, that's just my opinion. Others might still find it perfectly fine.
